Squeeze-Off Technique Flowstopping Radius Subterra Solution

Flowstopping

We deliver engineered flowstopping for pressurised water mains using squeeze-off and mechanical line stopping systems. Operation planning and execution follows industry standards to control network pressures while enabling repairs, maintenance, diversions, or new infrastructure connections.

Encapsulation technique Pipeline Repair & Maintenance Solution Radius Subterra

Pipeline Repair & Maintenance

Our teams carry out structural and non-structural pipeline repairs across a wide range of materials, including Rolldown and Subline rehabilitation techniques. Our teams replace hydrants, valves, and ageing assets and perform encapsulation and leak repairs. All works follow strict water quality and hygiene protocols to maintain system compliance.

Metallic Under Pressure Connections Solution Radius Subterra

Under Pressure Connections

We perform controlled under-pressure drillings on live water mains to create new supplies, reinforcements, or bypass arrangements without service interruption. Our teams work across polyethylene (PE) and metallic networks using approved branch saddles, mechanical tees, and valves with sterile procedures to maintain network integrity.

Butt Fusion technique Pipework Installation & Mainlaying Solution Radius Subterra

Pipework Installation & Mainlaying

Radius Subterra installs polyethylene and metallic water pipelines across a range of diameters using accredited butt-fusion, electrofusion, and mechanical jointing techniques. We handle installation, jointing, testing, chlorination, and integration of new pipework into existing networks, delivered to DWI requirements and water utility engineering specifications.

Pneumatic Testing technique Pressure Testing solution Radius Subterra

Pressure Testing

Our technicians perform hydrostatic pressure testing, chlorination, disinfection, and full commissioning to BS EN and WIS standards. We log data, certify results, and verify water quality to ensure pipeline assets are fully compliant and operational.

Large Diameter PE Cutting technique Pipe Cutting solution Radius Subterra

Pipe Cutting

Using approved cold-cutting pipeline systems, we perform circumferential and longitudinal cuts on ductile iron, cast iron, steel, and polyethylene (PE) mains. This spark-free method allows precise pipe exposure, removal, and sectional replacement during rehabilitation or diversion works.

Bespoke PE Fabrications technique Manufacture & Fabrications solutions Radius Subterra

Manufacture & Fabrication

We design and manufacture bespoke polyethylene (PE) and metallic fittings for water network operations. We precision-engineer steel components and manufacture all items under controlled welding, machining and QA procedures. We enable rapid, compliant and site-ready solutions for complex, high-pressure or non-standard project requirements.
